At Casa Bouchon, we want you to enjoy the dining experience at Mingre Restaurant and its dishes made with typical ingredients from the region and a wine list that focuses on the production of our sister winery, all offered with stunning views and visits to the vineyards and our organic fruit orchard, making it an experience to delight all of our senses.

Mingre Restaurant

Mingre Restaurant has a selection of dishes that feature international cuisine made with local ingredients from the region, seeking to merge the comfort of the familiar with the excitement of discovery. We prefer local producers with fresh, natural ingredients and, for this reason, our menu changes depending on seasonally available foods. Mingre Restaurant is only open to our guests and has a price fixe three-course meal for each day.

Our Wines

Our wine list only features wines are made in our winery, most of which are also made with organic grapes from our own vineyards.
 
The menu also highlights the wines made with grapes from the dry-farmed interior of Maule and Itata, from old and unirrigated vines, from the so-called heritage grape varieties such as Pais, Carignan, Cinsault and Moscatel, living heritage of local viticulture.
 

Our Vineyards

Our vineyards are cultivated organically, allowing for the natural soil fertility and integrated eco-systemic management to achieve healthier and longer-lived vines that coexist in harmony with the nature that surrounds them. They are also a gift for Casa Bouchon guests, who can walk through them amidst green meadows mixed with colorful flowers. An experience that is difficult to forget.
