Casa Bouchon is a boutique hotel located in the heart of the Maule Valley winemaking region, and 270 kilometers from Santiago, the capital of Chile. The seven rooms at Casa Bouchon have been decorated combining the identity of the house with a touch of modernity. All rooms are accessed from the extensive interior patio, which is guarded by a majestic olive tree that is more than 100 years old. Typical of 19th-century mansions, the rooms have thick adobe walls that ensure deep silence, and high ceilings that give a feeling of infinity and space.
