Wine Tasting and Tour

At the Mingre Estate, home to Casa Bouchon, it’s all about the wine. We want you to experience that to the max, enjoy free access to our vineyards and surroundings, sip our wines at every meal and join us on a guided wine tour and tasting created specifically for our guests (see details in Wine Tours).

Piscina & hot tub

At Casa Bouchon, guests are invited to rest and relax in the open air pool with a view of the vineyards and the mountains beyond, and the well-appointed hot tub built out of a massive old wine barrel, perfect for the quiet contemplation of a sunset or a long evening of stargazing.

Gastronomy

La estadía en Casa Bouchon incluye un servicio completo de comidas* (desayuno, almuerzo y cena), en qué ofrecemos una experiencia de gastronomía honesta que combina platos internacionales con la cocina típica chilena. Siempre que podemos, usamos vegetales e ingredientes de las localidades cercanas.

Honesty Bar

True to our style of total freedom and openness, we have set up an Honesty Bar in the game room fully stocked with drinks and snacks, available any time of day or night.

Tours

We invite you to explore the Mingre vineyards, as well as its ridges and ravines. In total, we have more than 1,000 hectares to traverse. Bikes are available free of charge at your convenience, and you are free to take walks at your leisure.
