About - Maison Bouchon

Casa Bouchon is a boutique hotel located within the Mingre ranch, in the coastal dry land of the Maule Valley, Chile, a property of more than a thousand hectares, where the old adobe buildings are intertwined with the vineyards and native vegetation of the area.

Combining history and modernity, Casa Bouchon is an old adobe mansion, built more than 150 years ago, which has been refurbished to offer all the comforts of today, but without neglecting its identity and essence.

With only five rooms, we offer an experience of disconnection and privacy, in which we want to serve each guest in a personalized way, according to their tastes and preferences.

A place where everything revolves around wine. We have been making wine for 130 years and four generations and our wish is that every visit is an invitation to tour the vineyards, to marvel at the old barrel room, and of course, to taste many bottles in their place of origin.

It is also an invitation to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature, a hot tub under the stars, a gastronomic dish prepared with homemade love and a walk among old vines and hills.
