Casa Bouchon

Casa Bouchon’s five rooms were decorated with great care, staying true to the identity of the original house but incorporating a modern touch. Each room opens onto the main interior patio, which is watched over by a majestic old olive tree dating back more than 100 years. As is common in many 19th century haciendas, the walls are more than three feet thick, shrouding each room in deep silence, and the 15-feet high ceilings create a sensation of openness and airiness.
